Billy and the team are exceptional at what they do. We felt as a business we were very much listened to- what we wanted, what we felt we needed and they delivered that and so much more. To say we cried when we saw our new website is an understatement. As a business owner, your brand becomes part of you and seeing someone else take that vison and gift you what you had always wished is wonderful. If you are reading this review, you are probably looking to engage the services of a creative design agency. Well done, stop your search, you have found them. I cannot speak highly enough of everybody at Klinical. I have used them for my two companies and they have absolutely nailed the vision and project every single time in swift fashion. The first project was an existing company and they revamped it completely and everyday a client will comment on the quality of our website. We were never going to use anybody else for project number two but this time, it was bigger. This company didn’t exist and didn’t have a name. The team at Klinical handled every aspect, absolutely everything! They brought the ideas in my head, completely to life. They did the hard stuff from the naming of the brand and website to the easy and mundane stuff like setting up e-mails. They’re thorough, they’re meticulous, they're accessible, they’re professional and they’re fun, we’ll miss working with them. The after care is impeccable as well which I think is imperative. We engaged Klinical to redesign our suite of websites from Gin Kiosk to Spirits Kiosk, Gin Foundry to Spirits Beacon and Junipalooza in to Spirits Society.
