Amani Resort

Amani, meaning ‘peace’ in Swahili, is an innovative resort and luxury residence group located in Accra, Ghana. As the first high-end resort brand in the region, Amani aims to draw a new, affluent audience to the city. Our challenge was to develop a brand that embodies both organic authenticity and luxury, appealing to discerning travellers and residents seeking an aspirational experience.

Identity.

We crafted a distinctive brand identity for Amani that encapsulates both serenity and opulence. The logo is inspired by traditional Swahili symbolism, combined with handcrafted, calligraphic typography. Central to the Amani concept is the creation of spaces that harmonise with the surrounding nature and environment. Our aim was to develop a brand reflecting this commitment to sustainability and respect for the natural world.

Sub-branding.

In addition to developing the overall brand for Amani, we also designed the logo for ’23’, an exclusive collection of private villas tailored for ultra-high-net-worth residents. This separate branding element was crafted to resonate with the sophistication and exclusivity expected by its distinguished clientele.
