Amani (which means ‘peace’ in Swahili) is an exciting new resort and luxury residence group positioned in the city of Accra, Ghana. In the area, Amani is the first premium brand of its kind – with the aim of attracting a new, affluent audience to the city.
We created a unique brand identity that portrays both tranquility and opulence. The logo design was inspired by traditional Swahili symbolism, paired with a handcrafted, free-flowing typography to compliment the organic, non-disruptive nature of their spaces. (Did you notice that the dot of the ‘i’ was half of the yin and yang symbol?)
