Dezeos dessert parlour is a modern, lively dessert shop brand that serves delicious treats all day long. In order to stand out from the growing dessert shop competition in London, we provided our skills in terms of strategy, naming, identity, website and tone.
Strategy.
Our detailed Brand Strategy was crucial in setting up Dezeos for success as we uncovered key insights about the market that then formed the basis of our strategy and tone. We looked at what competitors were failing to do and therefore positioned Dezeos to address those customer pain points. This resulted in a clear blueprint for success that had taken into account important market and consumer trends.
Identity.
We wanted to create an identity that really stood out and encompassed the brand tagline “Shockingly Delicious Dezzerts”. We made the lightning bolt a focal point of the logo which was then carried through into other branding elements such as the brand packaging and icon. Our ultimate goal was for the brand identity to be impactful and vibrant, which would then make it viable as a franchising business.
Messaging & Voice.
What could Dezeos offer customers that other brands had perhaps failed to do? A brand that exudes creativity, personality and warmth. These were at the heart of our tone of voice strategy as we wanted the brand to be personable and welcoming to all customers. Whether it be their family audience, or young adults. The tone of voice strategy featured a guiding set of characteristics and behaviour so that all employees could deliver the best customer experience possible.
Website.
For us, the website is where our work shun most with this project. We wanted to make sure that it was dynamic and interactive, so during the website building process we paid extra attention as to how we could do that. The home page features lively assets to immediately capture the attention of potential customers. It is a great way to learn more about the brand as we’ve made sure it is equally informative as it is a joy to experience.
