Higginson Grey have been a client of ours for nearly 10 years. We created their first identity and have now had the pleasure of rebranding this London-based luxury refurbishment company, to reflect how the company has grown from a start-up to a leading property development firm.
The team wanted to upgrade their look and feel and incorporate a monogram as the main focus of the Brand Identity with a high-end & premium style. The idea was to portray the quality of their work, using a lot of white space with a ‘less is more’ approach.
The first thing we did was examine and explore different options with the icon. We wanted to make it a more recognisable motif, so we created a monogram using the brand’s initials. It feels elegant, classy and memorable. To complement this, we introduced a clean-cut, high end design with a bright, blood orange colour scheme. It feels fresh, different and forward-thinking.
